Dermatologist
Dr. Jihane Abou Rahal is an assistant professor of dermatology at the American University of Beirut – Medical Center (AUBMC). She has a subspecialty in Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology. She is a certified member of the European Society of Mohs Surgeons.
She currently practices in Dubai and Lebanon where she divides her time between seeing patients, teaching residents and doing research at AUBMC and KMC.
After earning her medical degree and dermatology residency from the American University of Beirut, Dr. Abou Rahal sub-specialized in Surgical Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic surgery at the University Hospital of Bordeaux, France. In parallel, she pursued an Inter-University Diploma in surgical dermatology in France. Upon returning to Lebanon, she helped establish the Mohs micrographic surgery unit at American University of Beriut – Medical Center.
On top of her subspecialty, Dr. Jihane Abou Rahal further pursued training in cosmetics in the UK in advanced Botulinum toxins and Dermal Fillers.
She is also a member of multiple national and international medical societies.
